Shipping Policy

Sifton currently ships to addresses within Canada only. All prices and shipping fees are displayed in Canadian dollars.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping

• Cost: $14.90 CAD

• Free on orders of $120 CAD or more

• Processing time: 1–2 business days

• Transit time: 3–5 business days

• Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after ordering

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Express shipping

• Cost: $21.90 CAD

• Processing time: 1–2 business days

• Transit time: 1–3 business days

• Total estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after ordering

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods, or circumstances outside Sifton’s control.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, delivery, or other rights provided under applicable consumer law.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact shopsifton.ca@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

Delayed or missing packages

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, contact shopsifton.ca@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact shopsifton.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
