Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Sifton order. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition

• Returned with its original tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number

To begin a return, contact shopsifton.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Eligible returns within Canada include free return shipping. Sifton will provide the necessary return instructions.

Exchanges

Size and colour exchanges are available when inventory permits. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another available item or receive a refund.

Sale and discounted items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact shopsifton.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. This reporting period does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

We will inspect your return after receiving it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for ordinary returns. When Sifton sent an incorrect or defective item, applicable original and return shipping costs will be covered by Sifton.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit the legal warranties or other consumer rights that apply under Québec and Canadian law.
